Memorandum from L.A. County DHS, DPH and DMH providing an update on Ryan White provider agreements, efforts to obtain a Medicaid Waiver amendment and the Ryan White patient care transition plan. Provider agreements with out of network Ryan White providers have yet to be executed. The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) document including additional details of the financing mechanism of the proposed Medicaid Waiver amendment as requested by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) is still undergoing review.
