Memorandum to the Board of Supervisors to award and authorize execution of an agreement to develop a comprehensive and strategic plan for redevelopment of the LAC+USC Medical Center. Proposed revisions will provide an integrated healthcare delivery model that brings together county-operated and non-profit organizations to provide community benefit elements such as a community-friendly campus to promote healthy lifestyles and maximize access, educational/job training opportunities and incorporate on-campus businesses to offer job opportunities in health care.
