County CEO to the Board of Supervisors requesting approval to suspend the efforts to transition the Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center to a private operator and develop an operational plan to mitigate potential L.A. County DHS losses. The hospital currently operates medical-surgical beds, which has helped to alleviate the impact of the closure of Martin Luther King, Jr.-Harbor Hospital and the move into the new LAC+USC Medical Center.
