START TeamLA Health Action leads and supports the Strategy Team for Access, Reform, and Transformation (START) team with Insure the Uninsured Project. START is a partnership of L.A. County leadership that seeks to prepare local safety net institutions for health care reform. The group provides a neutral planning forum for information sharing and identifying strategies to align and transform systems into providers of choice.
